            Date Placed: November 2, 2021 Wayfair Order #3661026925 delivered to me on 8 november 2021. handyman was scheduled to assemble my furniture on 10 november 2021. so i adjusted my schedule to accommodate this. even though it was marked as completed, it never was. then it was rescheduled for 12 november 2021 at 1100am. at 1020, he called me to say he was at my apt. so i adjusted my schedule again to accommodate you. i went home, and began calling the phone number he called me from to lt him know he could begin assembly. he never answered his phone or responded to texts. i went on line to your live chat. that supposed person sent him texts which he never responded to. so it was rescheduled for today at 1100am. all day yesterday, i was getting texts confirming the appointment at 1100am today, 14 november 2021. at 915am this morning, i got a text confirming the 1100am appointment. then at 918am. i got a text that it had been rescheduled for tuesday 16 november 2021. so i rescheduled my schedule again, and now i have to adjust my plans again for you or the fourth time?? have you ever heard of people having jobs and needing to be at said job?? this is unacceptable. this is not professional.
