              I had an appointment for a physical on 8/14/23 with Dr. ******* ****** and was asked to bring my medical history and prescriptions. At the appointment, we discussed this information. At no time was I informed that this discussion was changing from a preventive care physical to an office visit. Instead of charging me for the scheduled physical I was charged for an office visit which was not covered 100% by insurance. I tried to resolve this by communicating with the office and the insurance company without success. My complaint is that I should have been warned that this would not be a physical and would be an office visit. I was never told that this would be an office visit or I would not have gone or would have stopped the discussion. I scheduled a physical, that is what I wanted, but was billed for an office visit. My invoice is attached along with the messages sent attempting to resolve this issue. Thank you for looking into this matter. Regards,

              Beebe has cancelled my doctor appointments three times now, over 6 months. When I called to complain (took 1/2 hour to get through) they told me the physicians have the right to take days off. Every time I reschedule they cancel it. I have issues, not emergency room issues, but issues that need attending. Beebe is a poorly run facility with pathetic practice that does not serve the community with any effectiveness.
