On 5/4/2023 I placed an order on the Frootbat.com website. The order was for five bottles of various types of whiskey. Of the five, four were perfect. Unfortunately the fifth bottle was the wrong size. They sent a miniature, single-shot sized bottle instead of a standard 750ml size. I contacted the company seeking to fix the issue. They said they do not give refunds or take returns. Three months later I still have this miniature sized scam bottle in my possession. I do not want it, but I am stuck with it. I feel deceived. I've been ripped off, and I have no recourse.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: June 1, 2022 I ordered a 750 ml bottle of Jefferson's Ocean Cask Strength. I received a regular bottle of Jefferson's Ocean Bourbon. I contacted both the store the bottle was sent from (since their information was inside the box) and Frootbat. The store offered to send me a bottle of Jefferson Reserve, which is significantly cheaper than the Ocean Cask Strength, and readily available in stores near my home, so I declined and said I would let Frootbat handle it. Frootbat, meanwhile, asked for photos (which I sent several) and the order number. I was then told they were trying to located a bottle of Jefferson's Ocean Cask Strength. That was 3 days ago. All calls and emails to Frootbat go unanswered. There appears to be no resolution in sight. The only corrspondence I have had with Frootbat was an email from ***** with Customer Support: ***** (Frootbat Support) Jun 13, 2022, 21:41 PDT Hello ******* This is ***** from Frootbat support. Please accept my apology for the incorrect bottle that you have received instead of the 518121 Sea Cask Strength Very Small Batch Bourbon Voyage 23. I am now communicating with our warehouse/store to make sure that they have the correct product and we can set a new shipment for the Voyage 23. On 5/24/2022 I placed an order (514432) for 6 bottles of 1792 Full Proof Bourbon for a total cost of $343.95… The total included a $20 shipping fee and a discount of 10%... I received my order on 5/28/2022, and noticed 3 bottles were incorrect and one of the incorrect bottles was leaking… I immediately contacted Frootbat at the number provided on the website ((646-762-1271), but per the recording there was no one available… I texted and emailed Frootbat photos and a video of the incorrect product, and stated my order was incorrect… An automated message from Frootbat via text and email was sent immediately stating they’ll be in touch… Someone named Miko contacted me the following day via text and email asking for photos of the incorrect product… I had already sent photos and a video, but I texted and emailed the photos and video again… 5/31/2022 I contacted Frootbat via online chat, and again I got Miko… He stated a report was submitted for the wrong bottles and an email will be sent with an update… 6/1/2022 I contacted Frootbat and I got Rebecca, who emailed me a FedEx shipping label to return the incorrect bottles.. She stated she would contact the shipping team and email me with an update regarding me getting a refund or sending me the correct bottles I paid for.. 6/3/2022 I contacted Frootbat via the online chat and text stating I returned the incorrect bottles to them.. Hours later I received a text from Nikki stating they’re monitoring the return shipment of the incorrect bottles and they’re working on a replacement… 6/4/2022 I contacted Frootbat via phone and again I got Rebecca… Rebecca stated she could see where I returned the incorrect bottles and once the shipping team checked on the other bottles she would be in contact with me… FedEx tracking *************) shows Frootbat (3* ******* *** *** * ***** ******* ** **375) received the incorrect bottles and the package was signed for on 6/6/2022 b* **********Business response
