Contacted 'fastfiling.com' and who very much need to change their name to "Snailfiling.com" to obtain a business permit. The document I received says it takes up to 3 days for rush and I paid for rush as standard was $69 and rush was $94 and 8 days later I'm still waiting. I called the tax office (the issuers of the permit) and they said their is absolutely nothing in my background to hinder or hold up the process and that my permit has been ready for days! Yeah, and these inept snail filing people are yet to obtain my permit and forward to me! My recommendation is RUN, don't have anything to do with them!Initial Complaint

I never receive my resale certificate they asking me for more money say they deactivated, my bank never receive any money from this company for a charge back . This was so important to and they won’t send it out . They refuseInitial Complaint

I paid for a service and no forms were processed and I was charged 62.00 for a service that costs 9.00 with NYS DOS.
