I took advantage of a free offer by just paying shipping and handling upon registering for a monthly subscription that could be cancelled at any time. Once the package arrived it was not what was expected and I decided to cancel the subscription, so not to be billed monthly moving forward. The website states you can cancel, pause, or upgrade or change your subscription; however, this was false! I was only given the option to PAUSE billing, no cancel option was visible. I contacted the support email with no reply. I called the number listed and reached a voicemail with the hours of 9a.m. - 9p.m. EST. I’ve called several times throughout the day and reach a voicemail stating “You’ve reached this message after our business hours”. The call then disconnects. I would like my account canceled and closed with my information removed from this site as soon as possible! Please assist me in this matter as it’s now become extremely unprofessional and sketchy. Thank you!
