      I wish to file a complaint against Cozislides for their deceptive return policy. Product ordered 7/3, received 7/19, returned 7/20. The below statements are pulled directly from their site under Our Return Policy. - It should be in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact - It shouldn’t be damaged, stained, altered or washed Of course, you can still try your product for fit and comfort. After contact with Customer Service, you are provided a return form and the policy states.  Once you have filled out the form we emailed you, please print it out and put it inside the package. All these statements are incongruent and a consumer will never qualify for a return refund. It appears a return is only honored if the consumer changed their mind and returned the unopened package. And even then unsure how you can then place the form inside the package. Even an unopened package return will require repackaging on their side prior to resell as it contains my mail label. The return (tried on shoe, but they didn't fit) was sent back the next day within return timeframe and resellable condition. Heard nothing on return until 3 weeks later when I requested a status. I received a denial email today 8/6 stating due to the package was opened. So no refund ($29.99) and no product.

      I was given a housewarming present from a friend, fleece jacket purchased from baerskin hoodie.com . Upon receipt, I opened the present and noticed that it was an extra large in size. I contacted the company and asked if I could exchange this product to a medium as the product fits me like a drapery. While talking to the customer service agent via chat, I was told that if it was not returned within 14 days of purchase, you cannot return it. This policy is not only ridiculous as the returns section of the website only addresses reruns for refund not exchange for same product. The product I have in my possession is still in the ziplock bag it was received in, with all tags and removed once from its original state.
