Took the money, and not delivered the goods - since 1 Month. Canned responses (sorry, soon, logistics mistake, labeling error, etc.). Sent a tracking number a month ago which does not work. STAY AWAY from this company! I initiated a chargeback with AMEX now and finally got refunded by AMEX providing them all the useless emails they sent. Refunded by AMEX - after a chargeback - not Ferber Enterprises.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order on July 1, 2023 for which my Mastercard was charged $91.94. Today is August 6, 2023 and I have not yet receive the product ordered. I have e-mailed the seller 2 times and they kept saying to give it time - they are having issues. I also requested a refund if it is not available. I also contacted my Mastercard company and they suggested I contact the seller first. So far I am getting no satisfaction.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product july 5 2023 Money was withdrawn the 6 th out of my account. 52.40$. Got a email notification of shipping 7-6. Shipping company says that the shipping confirmation is invalid and have no idea what I’m referring to. Told to contact seller. Seller business number is active 9-1 pm and nobody ever answers. I’ve tried to call multiple times and noting. The email address I was provided I never get a returned email from the company.Initial Complaint

On Thursday July 20th, I had purchased Bird Killer baits online at BedbugKnocker.com, which is ran by Ferber Enterprise. Shipping is promised within 48 hours. The total of the order was to be $52.40 and that is what the receipt obtained says. However $52.82 was charged to my business card. They have been unable to answer the reason by email after repeatedly asking. Template emails are sent back, often saying the same thing as the package is in the carriers hands. The tracking information provided comes back to no such package as well, and they are also unable to provide accurate tracking information when pressed. All I get in return is template/generic emails returned asking to be patient for delivery without tracking information or an explanation of why the charges are increased above what the order detail and receipt state. I believe this is a e-commerce scam.Initial Complaint

Ordered Corten+ sealer from their website. Item was “shipped” within a few days and a FedEx label created. After a few days item was tendered to FedEx. Package originated in CZECH and was returned to the shipper because FedEx would not ship it due to its contents being hazardous. I emailed customer support they did not respond until after the item was returned to their shipping facility. Customer service rep said the item was delivered and would not refund my order even though it was delivered back to them, not me due to the fact FedEx would not ship the contents internationally. Seems like a scam.
