Purchased item on Saturday, June 1, 2024 online at retailmarket.net 82.03 spent (including 14.90 Priority 2-3 day shipping) Order status has been "In Process" for 8 days. Complaint: No response to email inquiries made on the website or from my personal email. No phone support to request a refund or order status. Many bad reviews on Google in the past few months, including my own. Will be reporting them on BBB as scam/fraud as well, if issue isn't resolved. I purchased a off brand Lego set from this company for my son for Christmas. Christmas was nearing and I had not received it. I emailed there customer service department and within a timely manor amy messaged me back apologizing and sending my inquire up the ladder. To this day I have not received the legos and now any does not answer my emails. I believe this business is fake. Please investigate. Also, wondering what Amy so badly needed that she had to fake a we. Address and company email to get my money?Initial Complaint

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:This is the same communication/response/reply previously offered. Initially the business stated there was inoperable (down), research order status, track (cue) it, etc. Seems to be the same old information relayed to you (BBB). Order an item on 11/17 still hasn't shipped and item still shows in stock on web site. Can only send email since they don't list a phone number. no response to multiple email requests. order status has been change from slight delay to under review and continues to stay in that status. Placed an order on November 29th, 2023. I paid for expedited shipping. I have checked order and it only shows "slightly delayed". I have emailed the company several times, only to receive no response. I would like a 100% refund.Initial Complaint

Iplaced my order (RO-5054) on November 15 and waited 10 days till I received an e-mail that it was slightly delayed. It said if after 5 days if it was still marked as delayed to get back to them and someone would be in touch within 2 hours. Never heard from them again and I have emailed them every day since then asking for a refund because it to late for the gift.
