Ms. McKnight from Clearview Meadows, has been doing great work for the residents of the community. Since she has come to the area, there have been much needed improvements that were instantly visible. She listens to the residents and helps to enhance the look and feel of the community.

Our HPS condo association manager seems to not be very familiar with our governing documents. He reminds us over and over again that it is the unit owners responsibility to maintain the exteriors of the units, when in fact the Declaration and Code of Rules and Regulations state specifically that it is an Association responsibility. As a result some unit owners have unnecessarily used their own resources to have their unit's exterior cleaned. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as flagrant non-compliance with our documents. When you attempt to discuss the issue this manager becomes dismissive, rude and flat out threatening in the form of saying that the time his wasting writing emails has been billed to the association instead of addressing the question or concern.Review from Yvonne B

This management company does not care about the communities that it serves. I have sent over one dozen emails about concerns in my community with NO or a generic reply. I have tired to get on the board to help and HPS is giving me the run around. Someone nominated me and HPS claims that they did not receive the nomination. I have contacted them so many times asking for information on the board and was advised "it is only 2 people on the board and we don't have their names". It is ridiculous how they treat its customers. I was called "petty" by one of their employees and I was told "that they do not have time for me".Review from Jo W

They are not letting me get access to my HOA president and members of the board regarding my concern over a water meter (that turned out to be a sub meter) the HOA president said I had to have fixed. I called a bunch of plumbers and they said they could not fix it because it was a meter. I then called the water supplier, who let me know that my HOA owned the main meter and mine was a sub meter. The HOA liasons said I owned the meter and that I was responsible for finding my own plumber because I owned the home. I did go by the HPS office, where I saw the sign I needed an appointment. I tapped on the window and the call center manager said he would look I to it. HPS then blocked my phone number and my emails as I was trying to apologize. I then got word that the attorney wrote a letter of no trespassing against me as I sent emails stating my opinion they were not doing their jobs and would not let me have the number of the HOA president. The HOA website does not say much about whom to contact on the board. Their online payment charged me 35 dollars Twice by saying my bank account did not exist.Review from Jessica A.

My husband and I are new homeowners and never lived in an HOA. We didn’t know what to expect. After speaking with Kiera via email, she called me to provide hands on assistance. She was extremely patient and helpful. My experience was nothing short of Amazing!Review from Valerie Z.

I absolutely love HPS management, they have been so accommodating when we call in and ask questions. Their staff is very friendly, we have gotten Steve a few times and he is fantastic. He knew exactly where to look for what we were asking for and how to answer the questions. HPS does a good job in our community keeping our property values up. I have lived in other HOA communities before, summer very good and some are bad, but I really like dealing with HPS, all their stuff is very knowledgeable and is willing to help if they can.
