So today I had my 2nd experience with Rich at Dent magic. Called Rich for a door ding and tailgate dent on my Tundra, small ding but I am OCD about my vehicle, I met Rich and he took a look at both dents. Tailgate dent he was not to sure if he could fix due to how thick the steel is there and where it was at but he said he would give it a try. He gave it his all but was unable to fix it to his standards so he recommended I take it to a body shop and did not charge me for the attempt. The door ding he described exactly what he was going to do and asked if I was ok with it (which I was) and he went to work. Rich Pulled the door ding right out and once he was done asked me what I thought, I could not even see where he was working. Few months later I had to give him a ring again for another door ding, Rich called me right back and we set up a day and time to meet and I met him a second time. He did the exact same thing, explained to me what he was going to have to do, what potential obstacles he might have, asked if I was ok with everything (which I was) and he went to work. He pulled 2 dents in about the same location out for me the second time and again I could not even tell where they were once he was done. Rich is a stand up guy, he returns phone calls (which is big), good to talk to, communicates well, punctual and won't leave you waiting around and he has a lot of experience in what he does, takes pride in his work and only cares about the customer and making them happy. Highly recommend and he has made me a life customer from now on. Thanks again Rich
