I downloaded the Hint app onto my iPhone because it prompted me via Facebook for a palm reading. I couldn't find the palm reading function, so I reached out to their customer service, see attached chat transcription. I was told that the Palmistry function is still in development. I asked them to cancel my subscription, as the only way to cancel is through the app or requesting the cancellation directly from their customer service. This was their response: Hi there, ?Thank you for getting in touch with Hint Support! ??I can't seem to find your previous cancelation request. We appreciate you sending the proof but it doesn't show that the subscription was canceled. You have to do it inside our self service portal or through us. ??Meanwhile, I can confirm that your subscription was already canceled last June 11 2023 and there will be no additional charges should apply and you should not experience any future payments unless you decide to reactivate your subscription. Thank you, and we hope to welcome you back one day soon. ****** Hint I cancelled my subscription on June 11th as soon as I realized that it was never cancelled. I even got charged the $19 on June 11th. I provided proof of my cancellation request but they are not willing to refund my money. I have reached back out to them but they don't respond to me anymore.
