      This is for my parents My parents purchased an RV in late January 2021 from the Hitch RV location in Boyertown, PA. There isnt enough room here for this entire story but the RV was dropped off at Hitch RV in Boyertown in Oct 2021 for manufacturer APPROVED warranty work. After much back and forth, the RV went missing for a while, it's now MAY of 2022 and my parents still dont have their RV, but they continue to pay for it. Smoke and mirrors is the name of the game here for Hitch RV. All we've gotten are excuses and FLAT OUT LIES. To be clear, the problem is not the warrantly or the work. It's not the manufacturer. Its Hitch RV and it's incompetent employees that have done only slightly more than nothing and only when I became involved about 3.5 weeks ago. I am attaching the entired detailed review of the situation. Thank you for your time.

      To my knowledge, Mr and Mrs *****d have their camper.  I was told by the service manager in PA that it was picked up about a month ago.

      Absolutely the most horrible experience with Hitch RV. We paid cash for a trailer and have never received a title. We have tried for one month to get the title and they do not answer our calls or respond to emails. We just called and explained the issue and they hung up on us. We can not register our trailer or put it at our campground without the title. A $20,000 Trailer is sitting in our driveway unusable as the temporary tags are dead. Norma is the person we have been told does the title work for the company. She will not answer the phone or return our emails. The one time my husband did speak to her around March 22nd she said she would mail out the title the next day. That was a month ago. When we called the Boyertown location a salesman answered the phone and when we got frustrated he hung up on us. So we called the New Jersey location and we were hung up on again by a salesman when we said we were not hanging up until we spoke to the sales manager. It was a deliberate hang up in the middle of my sentence. So we called the Delaware location and got a sales manager and he concurred that some of the dealerships are eager to communicate when trying to make a sale but the ignore you when you are trying to resolve an issue. We need this title and can’t register the trailer in VA in our name without the title. So after over a month of owning the trailer it is still not in our name. We are Turing to you for help before we seek out an attorney.

      i purchased a 5th wheel RV on 5/4/2021 in Milton, DE. The paperwork is being done in NJ office. Today is 12/28/21 and Norma (title clerk) will not return our calls or file our paperwork for Texas Title and registration. I have called numerous times to the NJ office and emailed to the Milford, DE office. The salesman refers me to Norma.

      I can completely understand the frustration.  Everything has been submitted to processing company, we can see in their portal that the FedEx label that has been created to ship the MV work back to us, but we are just waiting for it to get here.

      We purchased a park model that was expected to be delivered in April. **** the sales rep told us we had to come in to sign the contract and make a $5,000 deposit to lock in a price before the prices increase. We did that on 9/4/21 and also placed a $1500 non refundable deposit for our campsite. We canceled our tickets to the RV show since we had already made our purchase. Our purchase as listed on our sale agreement is 79,999.00. Today, 10/23/21 Hitch RV called to tell us our trailer will arrive in November but the price has increase 17% and we will need to pay $98,000 or they will refund our deposit. I asked them to deliver our trailer at the agreed upon price they sold it to us at and accepted our deposit on and they are telling us that the dealer not them increased the sale price. This is extremely shady and dishonest and I believe illegal.

      Mr. and Mrs. ****** did not purchase a park model.  They left a deposit on a future unit that is expected to be come in to our dealership some time within the next 6 months.  The price they were given was a sales QUOTE, not a final price.  Hitch RV was informed on Friday that the park model was being built, but the cost increased by 20,000 dollars.  This is the cost increase by Skyline/Champion, not Hitch RV.  All of our future park models are getting price increases by the manufacturer, it is outside of our control.  The 5,000 deposit that the ******s gave us was to reserve one of the 20 park models we expect to be built and shipped in the next 6 months.  Unfortunately, there are price increases from the manufacturer, and from all signs, these price increase will continue into next year.  I am issuing a refund for the 5,000 that Mr. and Mrs. ****** gave us.  Typically, park models that are built to spec for a specific customer are not refundable, however, it seems the only thing that was changed on this particular unit was the king size bed.  Since this is such a minor change, I am issuing the refund.

      **** we have seen your reply to our bbb complaint that you have issued a refund for our good faith deposit. It has now been several weeks and we have not received that refund and our calls are going unanswered and unreturned. John called Joe and hung up on him 2 nights ago and then did not accept a return call.

      What is the status of our refund?

      The refund check was mailed on October 26th, then cashed on November 9th.  I don't understand the rejection.
