            I contracted with ****** ******* (Liberty Concrete) to do the following projects at my home: 1. partial driveway removal, 2. home side entrance slab repair and 3. install concrete patio. Mistakes were made on patio, side entrance and he damaged our JeldWen door frame (side entrance to home). Following the week he completed, I immediately emailed ****** about issues and got no response. Subsequently, I sent 2 add. emails, 1 VM, several texts to both ****** and his wife (who set up the initial appoint./estimate) and no response. Despite ****** confirming in email, prior to job, "8 years warranty on workmanship and 5 years on concrete" I'm getting no cooperation. At this point, I don't want him back on my property but expect to be reimbursed for repairs. I expect settlement via this BBB notification and, if not, I'll have my attorney handle. Recently, I consulted with 3 other concrete experts and all shook their heads saying "who did this?"

            We just had a stamped concrete pad put in a few months ago by Liberty Concrete. They are some of the most Honest People we have ever met in the business community. Rob trains his crew the Right Way from beginning to end. They answered every question we had, plus gave us a few tips, and were not afraid to tell us the correct answer wether we wanted to hear it or not. Being a Homeowner, many times when we want to get a project started, we don’t always think of every step it takes to get it done right. Liberty Concrete literally tackled our worries and put them behind us. I’ve never felt more comfortable or assured by anyone before and it was very nice to see people like this in the world today. Not only did we receive our quote in a timely manner, but he also made sure it was dissected to our liking and understanding. It wasn’t worded all fancy like some others we have encountered before, and everything written in the contract, was taken care of. I reached out to Liberty a few days ago asking for a quote to seal the pad. I thought it would be much cheaper in cost, however the email I received from them not only got us a lower rate ( which unfortunately, we are going to have to wait a little longer to do) but he also added some pros and cons in dealing with sealer, in addition to a few extra helpful tips, he also mentioned that we could apply it just as well as he could( which I doubt, Roberts untouchable when it comes to Concrete) He gave us his exact connect, informed us of their names and who to ask about what. He also mentioned what he would recommend buying, and I later found out he called the company and put everything together for us to pick up.( he even asked them to give us his discount!) Who does things like this anymore? Not many. Since the company is in Salisbury , Robert requested that the shipment be sent right to our front door! I never thought me, of all people, would be so excited to seal my Concrete Pad! We have more projects planned thx to Liberty!
