            May 17, 2021, ****** from Caring Transitions came to my house because I needed to downsize (health issues) She went into every room in ,y house and all 3 of my sheds and told me they could take care of it and I gave her a $500 deposit I was to start to downsize in July, then to August. I was to have surgery on August 4, 2021 so I cancelled it until Sept. (I would be out of commission for approx. 3 mos. and I wanted this done sooner rather than later.) ****** finally came out on Sept. 16 (stayed for 3 hours and left her crew here to start) and then the crew came back on Sept. 17 and continued what they started. She called me back on the 18th or 19th, told me she needed $2500 more to rent a truck & for storage. The contract I signed said $2500 or 35% commission on gross sales, which ever is higher. She said she wouldn't be back without more money. I said no! They left my house a mess & haven't heard from them since. She broke the contract and told me I would not get my depos
