On March 9, 2023 I ordered a laptop battery from Next Batteries and paid $68.90. As of today (April 25, 2023) I still have not received the battery. I exchanged multiple emails with the company and each time they said it was scheduled for shipment "early next week". Finally, on April 20, 2023 I sent them another email to let them know I have not received the battery, and could they just refund my money. I have not received any further communication from them not has my money been refunded.Initial Complaint

My company ordered some replacement equipment about 2 to 3 weeks ago and paid 60$ for expedited shipping. When we call to get some type of update or resolve the issue of getting our equipment, they start to explain the exact opposite of what their shipping policy is. They will not escalate the call for resolution and they rush you off the phone. You can try to call back for a different person but you can't, no matter who calls the company.Initial Complaint

I have asked for a refund twice. I ordered the product then sent an email the next day to cancel the product. I received an email about 2 1/2 weeks ago that I was going to receive a refund I had to call again and was also told that I was refunded, but my credit card has never been credited. I want my money refunded for a product that I never received and that I canceled the next day after ordering.
