      received contract #1406 on 2/11/2021 for $2783.00 to apply coating to patio; grind existing concrete repair and fill all cracks and imperfections remove all debris from the substrate apply base coat of polyaspartic broadcast vynle chip until refusal top coat floor with clear polyaspartic with gripper i signed & returned the contract & deposit to ****** ****** ************ he put me on the schedule for February 22, 2021 the work was completed Summer 2022 began to see some small blemishes time went on they got bigger on 11/7/22 emailed Mr. ****** with the issue responded same day - said he would send someone to look 11/26/22 emailed Mr. ****** again saying the problem was getting worse & asking if he had looked he responded right away said he would stop & look on Monday November 28, 2022 I emailed -asked if he had looked he responded right away - said he had to go out of town & his superintendent was going to look the next day 12/8/22 i emailed "did you ever look" He responded..."Yes, I did. It looks to have a lot of dirt on it. I think it just needs to be cleaned off" My response -what are you talking about, it is buckled up & peeling off his response was that his guy must have come to the wrong place & he would come look himself 12/8/22 i sent a picture of the area his response "ok. He didn't tell me about that. I will fix it." 3/29/23 i emailed..when are you going to fix it? 4/3/23 his response "We can do the repair next week. Not sure the day yet." 4/4/23 I replied OK 5/2/23 my email just said ???? 6/18/23 my email my email- when will you do the repair No response 7/2/23 my email - common courtesy would get me a reply his response" I apologize. I will be back in town and would be glad to come by the week of the 10th." 7/23/23 my email says it is getting bigger & you never show up The area continues to get worse & worse and Mr, ****** continues to ignore my problem His advertisement does state that he gives a lifetime warranty I just want it repaired

      This complaint is in regards to their new company, Superior Concrete Coatings, which they are operating in Las Vegas. I paid Complete Concrete Systems for the service done by their Las Vegas company, but they are not honoring the lifetime warranty and I want my money back so I can hire another company to fix. Details below. April 25, 2022 - driveway re-coated May 17th contacted Kyle Lescallette about the coating bubbling. May 20 Kyle said they'd be out following week to fix. I sent a picture. June 1 I contacted Kyle since they never came the week he said they would. I also notified him of cracking,too. June 10 Since no show or no contact from Kyle, I contacted Kyle and Archie Kohr via text requesting they honor the warranty and promise to have me happy with the re-coating. I was told they would fix it June 15. June 15 Kyle asked to reschedule to June 16 June 16 NO SHOW NO Contact - I texted asking when they were coming and received no response. June 17 Kyle informed me they would come today. NO Show - I've had no contact from him since Friday June 17, 2022. Four attempts to fix and over a month of patience waiting for them to honor the warranty. I want my money refunded so I can hire another company who is responsive and honoring of work quality - just more professional in all aspects. I no longer want to even try to work with this company or these guys anymore. I don't appreciate the games they've played and all the disrespect and lack of professionalism. Refund my $2616 immediately!

      ****** ****** of Complete Concrete Systems began a project for me to resurface my patio with a chip based system that he introduced me to. It was January 2018 and I gave him a deposit. It was done in two days in March and it looked beautiful so I paid him the remainder of what I owed. The beauty didn't last. The patio developed a white cloudy finish. He said it was moisture even though he never tested for moisture. He resurfaced the patio and it eventually peeled off. He resurfaced it again. This time the patio showed an area that was a different shade than the rest. He resurfaced it again. After some time he came back yet again to repair cracks at the expansion joints. Not surprisingly, the white cloudy finish returned along with the expansion joint cracks. I now know that expansion joints should not be compromised. Apparently ****** didn't know that. ****** was supposed to come back again but this time he offered me a different system instead, since he obviously could not fix the one he agreed to supply. He stated the he would no longer install a “failed system”. I did not like the system he proposed. I wanted what I selected and paid for. He emailed me stating that he will not continue and I should hire someone else to provide the coating I paid him for. I am now out $2160, my patio looks worse than when he started and this whole debacle took place over a period of 3 ½ years. That's not a typo! It was over 3 ½ years! I have supportive photos and documents. I want my money back.
