Very poor service. When we first used All Bright earlier this year, we had a good experience. But beginning a few months ago, new employees were sent on various weeks, and reliability and quality of the service started declining. On our last service, after our cleaners left, we saw that one of our three bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, and another was poorly cleaned. We notified management about this and asked that someone return to clean those spaces (not necessarily the same day, but within the next week). We were told they did not have anyone available. We then requested that a different crew be sent for our upcoming services. We were told they have staffing shortages and we should find another cleaning company.

This is not entiely true. We were notified about the issue and offered to send someone back but not the same day and YOU DECLINED and said that you would clean it in yourself. Also, before the clean team left your house they asked you to check and make sure they didn't miss any and YOU DECLIENED. I discounted the cleaning for the issue and your inconvience. This is the only issue you have every communicated to us about. You even said they cleaned well the last time and you were pleased. So after this one and only known issue you requested a new clean team. I informed you that we don't have another cleaning team to go to your area due to staffing and I have no other clients in the outer territory where you live. I was very professional and presented an alternative solution to the issue by suggesting you contact another company to handle your cleaning. Hiring a more local company would be the alternaltive solution you should use and we HIGHLY recommend that.
