On Saturday, February 19, 2022, 5:03 pm Est. I purchased Immediate Access To "Create Your Own Course" for $2497.00. The business is committed to providing me with a course eWorkbook, Platform, Coaching, and a guaranteed proven method of earning my desired amount of sales. JumpFirst/CYOC terms state that you have 3 days from the date of purchase to examine the material, complete all assigned work, and coach to make a refund request. I was not allowed full access to the eWorkbook within the three-day time period, and so I decided after meeting all the criteria outlined in the "Terms". Via email, I used the very limited material and access that I had been thus far granted, to make a complaint and requested a full refund. I spoke directly to ***** ****** via phone call and told her that I could not unlock any of the materials that I have purchased and that the material that I was able to unlock was on an elementary level at best. I told her that this was not at all what she described during the phone calls leading up to my decision to purchase, I had also been promised a platform on which to upload the course and live coaching. When we first spoke she offered the course at $10,000, then $7500. and finally at a cost of $2497. Based on her Christianity-infused product pitch representations, to me, I thought I would be purchasing a fortified program from a trustworthy source. Even after finally admitting that she had no platform or anything more than this eWorkbook, she convinced me to allow her to email the entire eWorkbook, before I made my decision to file for my refund. After reviewing the eWorkbook, I had not changed my mind. I have made numerous attempts to contact Ms. ***** ****** who is now claiming to be a Christian Pastor. None of her numbers, that we once used are currently working. After promising action against her, I then heard from her alleged "Team" who pretended to make contact but one weird instance after another we were never able to connect.

Prior to our call on Saturday, February 19th at 1:04 am, I received an email from the customer (please see correspondence attached) inquiring about prices of services at which time I informed her that prices for services ranged between $500 and $10,000 depending on her business needs (please see correspondence attached). I also informed her that we would chat more during our initial consultation call to determine which option she felt would suit her best. Upon hearing the pricing options at that time, the customer determined that it would be best that she seek funding through one of our financing partners. Upon checking in with her following our call to determine whether or not she would be moving forward, she stated that she could not obtain financing to afford the full coaching program called The $10K Launch Incubator, despite the scholarship of $2,500 that was offered to her.

The customer then attempted to negotiate current pricing for the coaching program and after her offer was denied. She proceeded to inquire about the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) option instead (correspondence available). The customer was informed that this option did not include any live coaching, bonus materials, or additional classes. She decided to move forward with purchasing the DIY option listed at the price of $2,497.
Upon confirmation of her purchase, she was provided her Getting Started details and classroom access links immediately (please see correspondence attached).
The classroom purchased by the customer is currently operated on a week-by-week drip schedule.  However, within her Getting Started email, it was explicitly stated that she may request that all modules be unlocked at once.
Upon speaking with the customer again per her email regarding her inability to access all of the material, she was made aware of the statement in her Getting Started details regarding her ability to request that all material be unlocked and made available to her at once per a written email request. She stated during our call that she “missed that part” of the email. She also stated that her previous email should serve as her written request. The team then granted her full access to all class materials at once (please see email correspondence attached).

Based on the terms and conditions signed by the customer, she is not due any refund or adjustment in part or in whole. Please see the signed contract attached along with highlighted terms below:
**NOTE: Should you request to have the entire course unlocked before the set drip schedule is completed - you waive your rights to request a refund for all and/or part of the course fees. *
**IMPORTANT: Please note that it is required that you sign your CYOC contract, consent and release forms before you begin the first module. You may choose to sign your release forms prior to the end of your 3-day guarantee. However, once your contract, Consent, and release forms have been signed, you are not eligible for a refund in full or in part and you will be responsible for payment in full. Once again, Module 1 will not be released to you until your signature has been received. **

Additionally, multiple attempts were made to assist the customer despite her decision to not purchase any of the live coaching options. Myself and my team scheduled and attended multiple Zoom meetings and telephone conference calls, all of which the customer did not show or attend. Upon reaching out to the customer following these attempts, she stated various reasons why she could not attend and failed to make us aware prior to her scheduled meeting times.

Upon further review of the customer’s work and efforts inside the program, it was found that she had not completed all of the work and therefore cannot speak to the full contents of the program she purchased (please attached documentation). The customer accessed 34% of course and her last access date was February 26, 2022 at 12:51pm (please see attached documentation).

There are no changes to to the previous response regarding this matter per our refund policy. The customer was informed of the refund policy and accepted the terms and conditions by signature and accessed course materials. The customer elected not to complete coursework as agreed to and refused additional assistance on multiple occasions as described in previously submitted communications.
