Business ProfileforNDX Dodd Dental Lab

I am general dentist in Maryland who has used this dental lab in Delaware for over 23 years. My father who was a Prosthodontist used this dental lab for over 30 years. I have found this lab has been sold by the Dodd family and now is under corporate control. A large corporation that does not think of the dental lab work created by their employees as critical. Their partial or end product does not matter if it is correct, created for the proper patient, wrong presentation, finished properly or even completed as requested. Nor do they care how this is a representation of the Dentist/Comsumers, who are utilizing their dental lab work product for their practices and patients. Fortunately, I listened to their representative (from NDX) who knew of the failures of this specific dental lab - and I was able to repeat all of my dental work, chair time, patient time, materials used, staff time to finally get these multiple cases resolved at other NDX labs. (we actually lost count how many cases) Unfortunately, I was told all these errors (once returned) would be credited and they were not - and then they started accruing finance charges on my account. I had spoken directly to Roy Levine - the new manager - and gave him an honest up-front evaluation all of their errors - and I assumed they were heard for the betterment of his business. Instead, they persist in finance charges and further dismissiveness of the situation. I will not be returning to resource this business in the future. I had known the Dodd family for over 35 years, and this is not how business would be conducted by them or any other dental lab. I have spoken to other colleagues in our area, and I am not the only one finding errors and problems with this dental lab. The list is getting longer and longer. The concern is despite my honesty/ professionalism to let them know of their errors try to assist them to address internally their dental lab failures - I am the one getting the bitter end of their stick.
