I have been dealing with the company since the beginning of June paid them and extra $30.00 to have my retirement overnighted. Was told should not take more then 3 business days. Called them a week later to find out what was going on with my money. They advised me they recieved conformation that I has got one out of the 2 check by mail. Which a complete lie! When asking her to track check was then told they can not do that just shows check dilivered and I got it. I was told they would stop payment and if check cashed I was going to be responsible. I advised the lady if a check is stopped it should not be able to be cashed and can not hold me accountable if it was not me who cashed the check. She told me my fund would be wired to me by the end of last week and would call me back. Here we are Tuesday I had to call them and the funds have yet to be wired and still no follow up. I had to take time out of my day to follow up with them. I spent 54min & 36 sec to be exact on this call. To be told by another manager I will get the funds wired today and they will e mail me when done. I have provided all documents as required and requested. Although they have credit back the $30.00 it's been almost a month waiting on my funds to be sent and on top of that hours of conversation going back and fourth with this company.
