Spent over 7,000.00$ with this guy and never came back to finish 600$ of finish work . Told me and my wife on many occasion that he him self had to come . Sent me pics of the finished pieces . The original work needs fixing . He might save you a couple bucks but not worth it . I waited and was patient for almost two years . Now my reviews will be all over .Review from Brenda S

I’m so in love with my countertops! Is perfect, i ask to be install ASAP since I have a family reunion and it was done less then a week , sometimes customer service depends of how WE TREAT PEOPLE AS WELL yes we de customers but don’t forget we getting a service done it’s all about respect and communication, customers be extremely something else sometimes. Well the $5,500 was worthy ! I highly recommend this place .Review from Luis D

I found Gerardo’s marble and granite thru a friend who referred me to them, great service, Gerardo was willing to come to my house in Philadelphia, we went to their warehouse and pick the stone, we sent him a picture and 1 week later he had our kitchen, he even did it on a Sunday since my fiancé and I work until SaturdayReview from Javier O

I would like to give a big shout out for Gearado. Went from templating on a Thursday and having the countertops installed Saturday. He and his team went beyond the ask to ensure that my family had the kitchen operating in time for the holidays. I had originally picked up a stone, and then got a call from Gerardo that he felt that this was not the right stone as it cracked easily. Drove up to his place and picked up the new stone on Wednesday. He worked around his schedule to ensure we were still getting the best for our $$$$. The installation process was so seamless and the counters were cut to perfection. He even sacrificed a bit on his end to ensure that we got a large slab without any creases. I am usually not a big online review person unless I feel the experience was exceptional. Thanks guys!!!!Review from Mayra A

The owner is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. For weeks we went back and forth with Gerardo and he acted as if he didn’t check his phone or texts messages. It took roughly 3-4 weeks and he finally sent us to the warehouse where we picked out the stone and was told that afterwards he would come to our home to get measurements, and then a week later from there start the process. 2 days in arrow I woke up early and put my plans on hold to wait for Gerardo to show, the first day he said he had no record in his book of us, yet! The office confirmed with us of our appointment 2 days prior. I spoke with him and he said he would come the following day at 9a, yet again no call no show! If you are paying for a service you should not have to hunt down or beg someone to come do their job. He is extremely unprofessional and his office is very unorganized, if his work ethic is anything like his operations of the business then you will be extremely dissatisfied! Sometimes cheaper is not better, you get what you pay for!
