First Choice Home Medical Equipment is not meeting its obligation. I emailed the company three times in two weeks asking for their assistance. There was absolutely no response from them. Elderly patients or people with disabilities deserve better than this.

Zero stars.To say that this company is horrendous is complimentary. I was in the ER for a prescription for oxygen. The doctor wrote a script for both a home & portable ox. concentrator. As I had no knowledge of suppliers, used the hospital to find a supplier. First Choice accepted the offer at 1 P.M. Waited 0ver 7 hours in the emergency room for delivery & didn't receive a portable unit. They didn't have any & didn't know when if ever they would. So they deceived me to get the business. They lied several times about the script specifying both home & portable concentrators, it did. And because of Medicare rules, I was stuck with them for at least 30 days. When trying to contact them by phone, I had to navigate a phone system that was designed to discourage. No choice was appropriate, I only found a rep by trying each choice until I stumbled upon one. All the waits were over an hour, & frequently one hour wait would not lead to a rep but another go round with the phone system & another hour+ wait. I was disconnected after waiting over an hour twice, once while speaking with a rep. AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK, despite knowing who they were speaking with & having a callback number. These people prey upon those who are unable to fight back. They accepted the bid knowing that they would have my business for at least a month, & hoping I was too infirm or otherwise unable to question their actions & demand the proper equipment. If I were not able to find the reputable supplier PREMIER HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, I would have been stuck with them for as long as I need the equipment. They even tried to lie to Premier about the Medicare rules, but fortunately, the Premier rep. knew the rules & wouldn't let them con her into backing off. They were so bad that the Premier rep. copped an attitude and took it as a crusade to protect me from them, bless her heart. Not only do I give them 0 stars, I award them -10 stars. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
