I had a similar experience to the other reviewers. It seems the website names change but upon investigation the parent company is XBP International. I ordered items from LSORU. The website states that the clothing is created in South Carolina, but there is no address listed on the website. I reached out via email to their service address in order to return 1 item ($39.98) that doesn't fit at all. They responded that they'd by willing to give me $11 compensation and I can keep the order. I told them I don't want the order because it doesn't fit. I was then offered $20. If I insisted upon returning the items I would have to ship them to Dubai at my own cost. Why am I returning clothes that came from South Carolina to Dubai?? Nobody should order from this company or group of companies.Review from Shannon C

I ordered 2 dresses from Tluly. I believe the parent company is XBP International. Reading other reviews I believe they are affiliated with multiple business names. The sizes were too large. The fabric was sub par. I followed their return policy by sending an email on 2 different occasions with no response. I sent a personal message on their Facebook page. They asked for an order number which I provided. There has been no response. I believe they are stalling due to the 30 day return policy timeframe. There is no phone number to contact customer service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE AFFILIATE COMPANIES. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!Review from Cindy P

I ordered 2 dresses through Tewyc company whose parent company is XBP International. My experience was the similar to others. I emailed for a refund and initially had trouble with emails not going through - apparently seen as spam. Finally got a reply and for my $105.00 purchase, I was offered $12.00. I went back and forth and offer increased to 24 and then 40 and finally $46.00. I expressed continually that I wanted to return the items for full credit as they didn't fit. Finally was told that it would be too expense to return for me as returns need to ship to Dubai!! That is crazy. I had to just accept the $46 as it was their final offer and confirmed receipt on my credit card. DON'T EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!Review from Lori M

I ordered 2 tops and 2 dresses. Want to return 1 top & both dresses. Total refund should be $118. Emailed for return authorization & they responded that the best refund they could give me was $30! I said I want my full refund and they came back with offering $60. I said why??? They came back with an offer of $90. So now I just emailed back to PLEASE refund my full $118. I guess we shall see what happens. I have a feeling that they will just ghost me now and I won't even get the $90 refund................... NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Ana C

Scammers! The clothes are cheap and items took almost a month to arrive. Spent $97 on two sweaters. Their website return policy states that you can return an unworn item within 30 days but only if authorized by their customer service site. When you email them for a return-form, they respond with "Sorry for giving you an unpleasant shopping experience. We can give you $30 for compensation. Can you keep these products? Thanks for your understanding." Definitely buyer-beware.Review from Jill J

This online company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Melelly.com is owned by XBP International and BUYER beware!! You shop online and the return policy states that you can return but you need to request a return authorization first. So it took forever to receive the 3 tops. When I finally go them the quality was junk. Didn't fit right, cheap material. I emailed to request a return authorization right away, after 3 emails I received a response that they need pictures. What? Come on. They make returning anything impossible. Don't waste your money or time unless you want cheap, poor quality clothing that cannot be returned.Review from Yelena D

Buyer AWARE! SCAM!SCAM! SCAM! from China! They are stealing ideas. They stole my frien idea up to his pictures, aeven a pictures of his kid from his website and selling fake products made in China way cheaper. This online company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Burora.com is owned by XBP International and BUYER beware!! You shop online and the return policy states that you can return but you need to request a return authorization first. So it took forever to receive the 3 dresses that I purchased but two out of three were very poor quality and didn't look like or match the description or pictures online. I emailed to request a return authorization right away and received a response that they need pictures. SO I sent pictures and an explanation that the quality was poor and I would like to return. Their responses after that was like a negotiation. They offered me $9, then $11, and then their final offer was $22 to keep the items because the return was too costlyt o send back to Dubai. What the heck? I wanted to return the items and a FULL refund as stated in their policy. TOTAL scam! Don't waste your money or time unless you want cheap, poor quality clothing from Dubai that cannot be returned.
