This company is dishonest. The assured us they would install a system compatible with our existing zoning. They lied. They installed an HVAC system in November and have been back to address concerns that they never resolved. They have informed us we will need to contact the zoning company to have our concerns addressed. Do not do business with this disreputable organization.

1 starOn January 17th 2024 I had service done by ear temp solutions a new board installed and I took the $199 service plan it is now one year later My system is freezing up again I contacted air solutions and was told that my plan has expired as of January 9 th 2025 and it will be $89 if they have to come out and if it's the same issue and covered under the warranty they will fix it but if it's something else then they will let me know what that is and then the beat additional cost and if I want to get the plan again it'll be $149. All of these reviews are a total scam nobody's making these reviews but the employees. I spent $1,000 job and here it is just a year later and the issue is there again That means it was not fixed the first time so to me it was taking advantage of an old lady and her daughter My mother said that the man did not have anything in his hand when he walked up to do the work so I would not recommend this company at all and I'm going to further my complaint.Review fromDoris P

1 starBought air conditioner unit in summer for around $7200. . Air Temp put a new Honeywell thermostat on it at the same time. On Dec 23rd thermostat broke. It was flashing red over and over. Had them come look at it. and was told it was our fault it broke. Said we voided warranty because we opened it up to check the batteries. (how else are you going to check them?) . refused to cover the warranty. Even sent us a bill for their visit. We called the manufacturer and sent pictures to Honeywell. They agreed with us that it was covered by warranty since it had to do with a faulty face board. Also told us there was nothing wrong with us checking the batteries! Told air solutions this and another repairman came to look at it and walked in with an attitude and did not even bother to try anything. they still refused to cover it. They did send another invoice for recommendations to replace entire face plate and/or thermostat at my expense of around $700. Found a different company to cover the warranty and had it fixed for $150. Air temp was very rude and did not even sympathize with the fact it was two days before Christmas and we had no heat! I will never go with that company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone!Review fromTerry S

5 starsAir Temp is what i would call a A+ buisness. We have used them for a couple of years and have a contract for our oil furnace where the come out and clean and inspect and when I say they inspect the techs go from top to bottom of the unit to make sure there's nothing wrong. Well during this inspection it turned out we had a motor issue and needed a new motor and after talking to Rachael we ended up getting our motor. Well when they Mike (really a great guy and knows is stuff)came out on his day off to check it out because the company sent the wrong motor in the right box he went over the unit again and noticed the start of a split in the pipe. Which left would of ended getting worse and carbon monoxide would be in our home killing us. This man saved our lives and we can't begin to thank him. Being on a fixed income we had to work out some issues and thank god Rachael in finance is there to help put us on the right track id say she missed her call as a guardian angel she was with us from the beginning to the end. So we ended up getting something to put on our heat pump to help us get heat. This company is the best for costumer service before and after the sale they don't inflate things and if not for the owner John and Rachael and Mike we would of been in serious troubleReview fromCheryl N

1 starI had a technician Steve Rawding come out to my home to snake my kitchen sink. He proceeded to tell me price which I thought was excessive but need my sink cleared. He never showed me any terms of what the service price included. When I received the invoice via email; he forged my husband's signature on the contract. I have proof. 1 starThey took almost $1000 from me came out 4 times never fixed my central a/c the last time they came out said it would cost me another $4500 if they would have found the problem the first time they were out I would have not fixed it I would have gotten a new unit. I am a senior citizen can’t afford to spend this kind of money and services were never rendered. At one point after first appointment I asked for someone to come out give me an estimate on new, made appointment got a call back the next day said they don’t sell the unit I have. They won’t refund my money now I have to get a new unit from another company. After I signed a contract with the other company they call me that night and tell me it was a mistake they do install my kind of unit. To me I don’t think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. So now I am trashing the $1000 that I put into the unit cause I am getting a new unit. My husband has COPD and has had flair ups cause he needs the air conditioning. I would not recommend them to my worse enemyReview fromPaul J

1 starI made my appt 2 weeks in advance. They gave a 2 hour window. They call me over an hour in to their window to tell me that they are not coming because they are too busy. I took off from work to have it done because they said their weekends were already booked. Now I'm out money and still haven't had my air conditioning unit checked. I made the appt early to get in before the summer rush. Their time is more important than the customers time.
