It’s a scam, I bought their best tier warranty for my 2017 BMW 530i , & on my 1st repair , they said it’s a plan exclusion we don’t cover it while it was a simple electrical component, & on my 2nd repair my BMW dealer refused to take it saying they owe a lot to us & they don’t pay for dealerships so it’s either I pay out of my pocket or provide them with another warranty & when I tried to cancel the warranty, now I have been suspended for more than a year & half & can’t get my money back.Review from Selma H

I had canceled this company on September 5th, of the the payments I had made since I signed up, they are telling me they owe me nothing, I signed up with them in 2022, waited 30 days then started my payment, as of today and I have been keeping in touch with them ever since not one time did they mention that I owe them money, as a courtesy to me they said that I don’t have to pay anything, and close out my account, what kind of business is this, they took my money and run with it, they are getting sued and hopefully I get everything I paid them for nothing, terrible company the worst Car Warranty company I’ve ever encountered if anybody has ever had this company before you need to express More on how this company treated you every time I would like want to make a claim on my car when it broke down and especially the last time I did, they denied it to pay out of my pocket. This company is the worst and I would advise everybody out there not to get.Review from Selma H

This company is a joke, I signed up with them thinking I was going to get the best service haha what a laugh, they didn’t want to cover anything that broke on my car, and it wasn’t some that was wear and tear either, called in a claim and they denied it, so I cancelled it and now they don’t want to pay me my prorate money saying that I owe them the balance on the contract, I have been dealing with this for 3 years, and they are just now mentioning it to me that I owe them, and that a courtesy to me I don’t have to pay it, isn’t that a crock of you know what, don’t go with these people or company they will scam you believe me, they are getting suedReview from Nia T

WORST WARRANTY COMPANY! I have the "total blue" coverage and it pays for NOTHING! They told me the only way to get parts covered was to let my engine blow but then they would deny the claim. Out of a $7000 repair they only agreed to cover $404. Horrible customer service. I had to call 7 times before I finally got an answer. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Review from BOB P

I start out by telling you that I own an Automotive Repair shop in Visalia, CA. I can tell you from this part of the industry that I would not recommend this warranty to ANYONE. Read your fine print. They want us to repair a vehicle and wait for a check in the mail, that could take a month or longer. Repair shops do not have that kind of capitol sitting around. One of the representatives was so rude she told me to read the contract. I don't need to read the contract, that's the customers job. I sent in a finished order and was told 3 different weeks that the check was going out. I am still waiting for it over 2 months later. Now I turned in a claim for a wheel bearing/hub assembly and they want to pay $80 for it. I can't even buy it for that much. After asking for a supervisor to call me 3 different times to find out why they just said the customer will have to pay the difference. Thank God this warranty doesn't come through my shop very often. Just beware when the repair shop tells you that you will have to pay the difference it is the "warranty" company doing that. Like one of the other reviews says, I would rate a 0 if I could.Review from Erica P

DON'T BUY!!!!! Agree with the other 0-1 star reviews. Head gasket blew on a 6-hour drive home. Immediately pulled off the road, had the vehicle towed to the dealer. Apparently the "fine print" states that the engine won't be covered by the ASE warranty because of a head gasket. Any other reason would be covered. We have all oil change and maintenance records, but doesn't matter to them. The representative actually said that we could have been "racing" the car when this happened. Our family SUV- come on... Fair warning- they "exclude' whatever is wrong with your vehicle. Don't listen to what they tell you at the dealership.Review from Nancy R

I wish I can leave a 0 star! This is the worst and I mean worst extended warranty! Don’t pay for a coverage that won’t happen! I have been trying to cancel my warranty with them and I’ll I get is “let me take your name down and someone will contact you back.” I have been calling for months now and no one can assist me. They are a huge scam of a company please don’t do the mistake like most of us did. I wish there is a massive lawsuit against them and we all get refunded what we paid to join this scamming insurance.Review from Edward P

This company is a complete scam, I paid for a vehicle for up to 5 years and the vehicle was totaled out, I was told I can transfer the warranty to another vehicle, I transferred the warranty a few months go by and when the vehicle went in for service, I received a call from ASE informing me that they have cancelled my warranty contract because the mileage was too high, the problem is they did not inform me of this when I transferred the vehicle. they will take your money and wont help you in any way, customer service does not have any answers for anything. over all this is a useless scamming company that takes your money and weasel their way out of any repairs. I have never had such a horrible customer experience and will take the time out of my day to ensure I share such experience on all forms of review, social media and BBB. 3 calls exceeding 20 to 40 minute answer time, 'lost emails', emails not submitted, supervisors arguing and attempting to make excuses for such lack of service and professionalism. 48 hrs so far with my car in the shop waiting for ASE to get around to authorizing my repair. Oh and the covered rental car only applies once they have 'authorized' the repair. Its a scam to frustrate you and the mechanic. I'm waiting for the eventual denial for whatever reason or the 'only cover X $s of the repair. DO NOT BUY!!!!Review from Hector R

Total Scam!! After ONE service of $1200 on the next service which I have to admit was much larger of $3000 plus they try to scam me with only approving $815 and demanding for me to pay the rest if not there will be no refund of any kind... This is a shakedown and a scam.
