This company is scamming its customers. I got a call back to set up a date and time for service. I asked how much it would cost and was told it depends on what will need to be done when the tech comes out. He showed up almost an hour late. He told me how simple the job could be he would just need to go get a part. Took over a half hour to only come back with a little orange cap to cap off a pipe to sprinklers. He told me they charge $95 per hour and he put 2.5 hours in the form for me to sign so he could start the work. I don’t know if he was drunk or high but he also offered to do work for me on the side for much cheaper than the company. When I got the invoice I called because it was almost $500 and they claim it was 150 per hour(labor) plus parts which they claim was $15 but the tech told me $5. I told them I had proof of what I was told by the tech and they still wouldn’t do anything to adjust the cost. They claim “after hours” work is after 4pm but they don’t close until 6pm. The tech said it would take 45 mins to 2 hours and he was at my home well last 8pm. He kept setting my ring camera off because we was outside walking up and down my street for almost an hour on the phone while in the job. I feel scammed because they claim they spoke to the tech and he said he never said those things and they seem to believe him. He even gave me his number and left about a 3 minute voicemail on my phone when he called my number so I could have his number and call him for cheaper service. I wouldn’t trust any of the workers to come to my home. Unprofessional behavior from employee and management.
