Consumers report to BBB that the company has failed to deliver orders purchased online. BBB contacted this company regarding the pattern of complaints on 2 separate occasions (1/2017 and 9/2017)
In June 2017, the company indicated that the complaints were as a result of their move, and have since put in new policies to address the pattern. BBB attempted to reach the company again in September, but did not receive a response.
