      Purchased an item for my grandson. It finally came in December 28, 2022. Item was broken so contacted them and was told they would send a replacement. It is now March 2023 and still haven't received the item.

      I made an online purchase Oct. 18, 2021 for a halloween costume for my son. I didnt get any kind of eta on costume, until after purchase was made. During the purchase process, I wasnt given any kind of express option either. When I received a tracking # on Oct 22nd. I started reaching out to the Costume Party World. I rec'd no regard to the importance of order being here before Halloween. The only responses given were the order was in transit. Day 1 of reaching out to this Co. I requested an eta and made request for refund if they couldnt guarantee my order being here in time for trick or treat Oct 31st. Their refund policy consists of a 15% charge restocking fee and shipping charge at the expense of the consumer. The costume is now with Dhl in Chicago, IL. Their estimated time to receive is NOV 8th....long after Halloween. This company is terrible! Poor customer service and customer satisfaction. I read reviews none of which have been addressed. My son had his heart set on being an inflatable minion. Awful, awful experience. Hugely disappointed! Do not recommend this company to anyone!

      I placed my order for my Halloween costume on October 2, 2021 so I would get it in time for Halloween. I went through the process of measuring myself and selecting the size that would fit, based on the companies size guide. As following the size guide, I selected a large because that is what it said would fit my measurements. Not only did I receive the costume later than the given time, but the costume did not fit. Their sizing chart was obviously inaccurate, and in turn caused me to not have a costume that fit properly. Upon contacting the company, they refused to give me a refund since the costume was “open” even though it did not fit.

      Product was purchased on 10/08/21. I did receive an order confirmation but no updated status for several days. The phones are never answered so I used the online portal to communicate that I needed the product by 10/20/21. It was suggested I do expedited service and paid the up-charge of $9.99 to so. Again no confirmation or tracking. On 10/15/21 I stated if they were unable to have the order in my hands by 10/20/21 I would need to cancel the order and be issued a refund. Every subsequent query after this point the company kept referring to their timelines Processing time - Anywhere from 1 to 14 days.Delivery time - Express delivery 2 to 4 days. Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time. On 10/18/21 I was sent an email with shipping information and tracking numbers: ubi-DIRECT: ********************** and fedex: ************* *he first carrier has no record and fedex just shows a label created but never given to the carrier. The company website still shows a status "sent for packing". I am now well beyond the expected delivery date and well beyond the longest arrival time per the companies website. I requested another refund on 10/25/21 and have received no response and the phones are still not being answered. This company is clearly an international scam artist and will be reported to the FTA to ban this site from the US.

      I purchased an item off line, I paid for express delivery. I was given an order number, after not receiving any further information, I went to the website looking for the order, which shows no information. When I contact the company via email I get generic answers, the phone number does not work, the money was taken out of my acct. I have asked for a tracking number and they will not give me one according to their website express delivery takes 2 to 4 days.

      I've paid 40 euro for s costume with delivery the site said 14 days its now over a month and they will not give me a refund there saying its in transit but the tracking hasn't moved in weeks

      Ordered a costume from Costume Party World, not realizing the product was shipping from China, and the dress would not arrive until after my daughter's school performance. Within one hour of placing the order, I tried to cancel the order, and Costume Party World told me the order had already been processed. But also, refused to tell me a date in which I could expect to see it delivered. While they wouldn't cancel the order, they did let me expedite the shipping...and the order still didn't arrive in time. I was informed that I could return the dress once I received in. Now they are refusing to allow me to return it. I paid $99.00 for the dress, plus $19.95 for expedited shipping. I want my money back. Order Number is 3633332171
