      For almost a year we have been asking the builder of our pool to honor their warranty and complete some minor repairs. For almost a year they have not completed these repairs, first by claiming lack of parts, then illness, and once we finally scheduled a date, not actually completing the repair. I believe this company is purposefully avoiding completion of repair they are required to do under the terms of the warranty and as evidenced in email with their personnel. During the build of the pool the owner threatened to not honor warranty. We had to hire a lawyer to have the job completed. The gag order on their initial service contract and threats to not complete warrantied work run afoul of consumer protection law. Initial demand letter from our lawyer is also attached. We would not have signed with this builder without the indicated warranty they are not honoring.

      The laminar has been ordered, but is currently on backorder. Once the part is received, we will call the homeowner to schedule the work. This repair is covered under Blue Haven's warranty.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This business has been telling me for a year now that they are waiting for parts. I will require confirmation of the ordered parts and timing for receipt of the ordered part to have any confidence at all that this is in fact the case. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.       The equipment arrived on 7/11/23. BHP techs went to the customer's house on 7/12/23. The equipment was set and is now running properly.

      Blue Haven pools, as general contractor, failed to confirm that the gas line had been run prior to concrete being poured around the pool. As a result the gas line will cost $2,850 more than it would have cost originally to run the gas line. Blue Haven has taken no responsibility and offered no resolution to the issue. Communication has been poor. Basically, no responses and it’s not their problem since they sub out all of the contracting. They were responsible for all the permits, etc. Who at Blue haven was responsible for making sure all utilities are run before concrete is poured?

      We have spoken to Mr. **** and have come to a resolution.  We have credited him $775.00 for the gasline and putting it toward a Pool Cover he is purchasing.  Please mark your file closed.

      Blue Haven Pools by Calvetti in Hatfield PA sold me an ozone water sanitizer with a UV light bulb. I cannot find replacement parts and Blue Haven's service provider QPC cannot either. This system is not even 4 years old. I feel that if they chose a company that folded they should replace the obsolete system with a more reputable one. Thats just the right thing to do.

      We have ordered the replacement bulb and it should arrive in our office the week of the 20th. When we receive it we will notify the service dealer who will then have it scheduled and installed.
