      I had service on my AC on June 24th by a technician who was 4 hours late and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Now it is July 9th and the AC is not working. The same technician showed up and told me that he would be back in 4 or 5 hours. We are now at the 6 hour mark and he is still not here. We are in the midst of a heat wave and I have a senior with heart issues sitting in a hot house. After the AC is fixed, I am never using Aire Serv again.

      We just had a central air conditioner system installed by AirServ. What a great group! Techs were efficient and knowledgeable. They worked steadily for 8 hours, making sure our system was installed satisfactorily. We highly recommend this group and look forward to having a long and productive relationship with this company.

      We have been an AireServ customer for years now and without hesitation would highly recommend them to our family and friends. They are reliable, communicative and have skilled technicians that clearly love the company they work for. Just had a technician out this morning (Joe) and he took the time to show me what he did and even suggested little changes I could implement to cut down on my electric bill. We have regularly scheduled tune-up services twice a year and they go above and beyond every single time.

      I am a realtor in New Castle County. Not only has AireServ done work for me at my home, I always refer them to my real estate clients. AireServ is timely, responsive and does quality work. Their staff and technicians are very professional and always gracious. I would highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

      I have used Aire Serv now for a few years and when I tell you that this company has the Ma and Pa feel but the power of a giant company, it’s insane. In multiple occasions they have come to my rescue and worked with us so that we didn’t go with out heat or AC. They are 2000% upfront and honest about the best choices for you based on your specific situation. not the most expensive. I used to use Horizen (no shade their way) but Aire Serv provides the same level of service but with much better prices. I will continue to use Aire Serv as long as I am in their area to be able to. I can not recommend this company enough, if you’re not using them…. You’re missing out and need to rethink what you’re doing.

      I had Aire Serv of Newark, DE do a complete Heat Pump replacement and they did a great job! Everyone was professional and courteous! The salesman came promptly and he did a wonderful job answering questions and explaining the new system to us. He also easily solved the problem that the master bedroom was too hot, two other contractors had no solution! Then, the service guys also came promptly and worked neatly and efficiently! They finished in one day! They also totally cleaned up after themselves! They wore booties in the house and treated our home respectfully. We had one small problem and the service guy came out right away and took care of it! Every person in the office and in the field have been very courteous and respectful. We are very happy that we went with Aire Serv!

      The Aire Serv Tech with nefarious intent wrote the following about my A/C system as follows: Discovered system low on 410 a. Discovered a leak at a bad braised joint on the elbow braze closest to the unit. As well as a filter dryer that’s in the wrong direction on the line set. That appears to be from the old system before this. Also the Schrader valve core on the suction line service valve is leaking. I suggest removing the old filter dryer, rebrazing the bad elbow, and replacing the cores with new caps." Quoted me a repair price of $4,400.00 then $2,300.00. And wrote a false report to my insurance company - Choice Home Warranty. As a result, I had 2 companies Service Today, and Horizon come out, provide complete analysis and repair the problem at a total cost of $153.00 Neither of the aforementioned companies found the issues quoted by Aire Serv. In addition, the Aire Serv tech caused property damage to my driveway. I submitted security camera photos to Air Serv and Choice Home Warranty. Aire Serv refused to pay for the damage as follows: "Please be advised that I had a representative from Horizon service my A/C Unit Today. I was pleased with his integrity, honesty, and overall performance in terms of fixing the unit. What remains at issue, is that the Air-Serv tech parked his truck on my black top driveway, and it left 2 indentations in the blacktop (photos). Photos were taken from my security cameras, and they show the before and after. If you have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to call. And, thank you for your immediate concern re: this matter and expediting my repair service. Best, Dr. Carl G. Smith Sr." I'm also seeking money for damages in the amount of $9700.00 to repair the driveway. Best, Dr. **** ** ***** ***

      Mr. *****, We have a recorded call asking the technician to park in the driveway. The quote given to us for driveway repair includes replacing your entire driveway. Per the contractor you had out, this is an older driveway that needs to be replaced. This is not something we will be compensating you for. The technician's report was: Discovered system low on 410 a. Discovered a leak at a bad braised joint on the elbow braze closest to the unit. As well as a filter dryer that’s in the wrong direction on the line set. That appears to be from the old system before this. Also, the Schrader valve core on the suction line service valve is leaking. I suggest removing the old filter dryer, brazing the bad elbow, and replacing the cores with new caps. The quoted repair totaled $1869.41. $4400 and $2300 were never given. Thanks, Sarah

      Your Response - Noted Axiom 1 - Both Service Today and Horizon Technicians were advised to park in the driveway. Additionally, note my response to you on August 4, 2022, as follows: "While I'm not going to litigate the issue re: property damage at this time, if the tech had a commercial payload that was in excess of residential parking, common sense should have prevailed. The fact is that the tech parked in an area on my grounds with a weight distribution greater than residential requirements and caused damage to my driveway." Axiom 2 - Your tech made the $4400 and $2300 quotes to me in my kitchen, verbally (security camera), while giving me an obscure story about installing a HVAC system at his sisters' house. And, about taking his son to a baseball game while spending more time with the son. After informing him of the absurdity of a 3-year-old system, installed by a licensed installer, requiring so much work he then changed his numbers. Axiom 3 - Service Today, arrived at my home on the same day and documented that "NONE OF WHAT YOUR TECH SAID WAS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM." Those findings were forwarded to you and Choice Home Warranty. Axiom 4 - The Service Tech from Horizon performed the work on the system and did not find what your Tech found (Information documented and forwarded to Choice Home Warranty. At best your argument re: property damage committed by your tech, sounds like a doctor attempting to justify a malpractice case. "In effect the patient was 75 and going to die anyway." I want my driveway repaired in the manner it was before your tech damaged it. You were given two alternatives. Pick one.

      I had an awesome experience dealing with Aire Serv of Newark, DE. The salesman, Will was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained every detail and all options for my purchase and installation of a new HVAC system for my home. The installers were courteous, professional and exceptionally respectful of my property. They cleaned up after installation and explained all features of my new HVAC equipment. I have had HVAC systems replaced in my previous homes, and the installers did not compare to the service I received with Aire Serv. I would highly recommend Aire Serv of DE to all consumers looking for a new HVAC system or repairs.
