      There are two issues that need addressed; First issue: SuperNova Construction was hired to build a 26'x32' garage on my property located on Mission Place, Millsboro DE July 2021. On Aug 28 the owner, ***** informed me they were done, I let him know at that time I had some issues, there are some corrections needed, his workers did not do what was instructed by me to the owner, *****. He said what needs to be corrected are easy fixes and would only take about half an hour. I took his word and trusted he would fix the items in a timely manner and I paid him in full on Sept 6, 2021. On Oct 13 he told me it would get done in couple weeks from that date. On Oct 25 I contacted him for a date and he still has not given me one. To this date he still has not fixed the items and has not responded back to my emails or voice message. The following needs to be done: install missing f channel on front gable end, garage overhead door opening needs correct coil color installed, lineal pieces need to be added, filler piece around window not staying in place. Second issue: Supernova was providing labor only; I purchased all material. On Aug 29 I sent an email to the owner ***** to inform him there was material missing off my property. Within 24 hours of that email some of the material was returned. When I spoke to *****, the owner, about still missing material, he laughed and joked about it, said he guess his guys were building dog houses or something. I need to be reimbursed for the following items that I paid for and his workers removed from my property and didn't return; Tri mount scallop, Tri mount elec block, Board & batten siding, coil stock, exterior screws. These items total cost is $549.58.

      ******, I am so glad that you pointed out these issues so that we could take the steps to clarify any misunderstandings.  Let me first begin by saying that I never once said that anyone was building dog houses – you said that, and I did not know what you meant by it.  It is interesting to me that you pinned that statement on me, as it was very random.  I do not owe any reimbursements as you have stated because 1 of the board and batten siding boxes that was removed was returned the very next day.  The day that you accused me of “taking siding” leftover from your project, I asked you to take the 2nd box out of the final payment and you said “No, it’s fine, I’m not worried about it.”  Even so, one box was returned.  I do not understand why this is coming up again several months later and now through a public smear campaign.  I have not heard about exterior screws until just now – you never mentioned that prior to this message.  As for the coil stock, that was completely used up and there were no leftover materials.  I have money out of my own pocket for your drip edging that you neglected to mention in this very kind review.  Let us also not forget that when you hired me, you begged me to knock $1,500 off of my price because my grandfather and your step father were friends.  I did that and treated you very well – luckily I have many, MANY screenshots of texts where you applauded my beautiful work, noted that I went “above and beyond to complete the project” and said even at the end, that it was absolutely perfect.  You wanted to be the General Contractor on this job, but instead it all fell on me – and I never complained.  I literally had supply houses telling me that they were not answering when you called because you were driving them crazy.  I took over all of that, and not once did I send you a separate bill.  I came back several weeks ago to address the cosmetic discrepancies that you had.  I fixed everything on your list except for the coil.  I asked you to leave the coil out for me and you said “no”.  I have made attempts to resolve this, and many calls to you which you will not answer the phone.  You insist on publicly shaming me.  You seemed very happy with my work a few weeks ago when you told me we were good friends and asked me to build your house and let you work for me so that you could get money discounted.  I am not the person that you have described in this review, and I do not owe you any money.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business is requesting me to delete the complaint and they will have some out next week to fix the issues.  What is the procedure to remove the complaint?
