We contacted the business to re-secure siding on one side of my home, match shingles on the front of my home and replace facia that had blown off our home in February 2023. We received a quote on March 17th 2023 for $721.00 which we accepted. We paid a deposit to get on the schedule April 17th of $200 which we paid.The contractor was finally able to get out on May 17th to do the repairs in which he came unprepared without a ladder for the facia. I had to provide my own ladder for the shingles but it was not tall enough for the facia. He said he would rent one to complete the job. Once he was done he proceeded to send me several invoices through e-mail and text demanding propmt payment that day of, before I could get home from work to look at everything. He ensured me he would have someone come back out to match the shingle because they were horrible and ensured me he would get a ladder at a later date to do the facia. We then paid the $486 trusting his word. Everything went down hill from here. He never rented a ladder, the shingles did not match and he only tacked the siding without removing and reattaching as he said he would do. He did send someone out 2 separate times to attempts to fix the shingles. I left my own ladder out again. Once again the work did not get done because the people he sent were not prepared or professional. He latter told me I would have to get someone else to fix my facia because he could not do it. I wound up hiring another contractor that charged me $600 and the work was completed on July 8th. ***** told me numerous times that he would refund our money and we have yet to receive a dime from him after several attempts. He would always say he was waiting for a check to clear and he would send money, and when asked about it again, we would get excuses. This has been going on since May 17th 2023 and we need help getting resolution for this situation. I have pictures,e-mails and text messages that support all of our claims.
