I bought my home from Donovans in November 2021. I had and inspection done of the home by the Pro-spect company. In the report it was not disclosed that there was and issue with the roof nor a hole in the attic ceiling. I noticed that the ceiling was wet in the living room due to the discoloration that was not their before on the ceiling tile from a leak coming through. I noticed this in April near the end of the month when there was a lot of rain. I went up stairs in the attic and noticed a bag placed over a hole in the attic ceiling right where a leak was coming through into the living room ceiling. I had a worker name ******* from the Hershey company come look at the issue and he stated the roof was not up to code and would need to be replaced. The worker also said that Donovans should off put that information in their disclosure and the inspector should of noted that as and major issue to fix. ******* stated that the company basically screwed me over and did a quick fix by covering the hole and not fixing the roof. I believe Donovans should have to pay to get this issue fixed and the worker agreed. The worker ******* had me go through my home owners insurance and I have to pay a deductible to get it fixed and I believe that Donovans should have to pay the deductible and the deductible amount is $3,580.00.I am also having other issue go wrong such as the plumbing pumps for the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink have been leaking and not put on right and one of the electric outlets has stopped working in the living room. Donovans did not fix this home correctly like they should have before I bought the home and they need to pay for these repairs.
