Three years ago, I terminated a working agreement I had with Aspen. They damaged my siding and boards around the house with their weed wackers. They replaced the siding but lied about the boards which were also damaged. At that time, I asked them not to come onto my property again. On more than one occasion, they have damaged my lawn exiting the neighbors property. Today they ripped up my perfectly manicured lawn with their mowers again. I took pictures to show the damage done.Business response

We will repair Lawn with sod.
We did repair Lawn (tractor marks) and planted seed.
Note This area has not been maintained from an irrigation perspective.
It is always wet and soggy.

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. To be clear... it shouldn't matter to the Aspen Green employees if my lawn is wet or soggy. There is no reason they should be on my lawn in the first place. Basically they have admitted to trespassing. What really irks me is that I tried to resolve this issue 4 times on my own. I called and left 3 phone messages and got no response. I also sent an email with pictures to Tom and he didn't respond. Instead, to document the incident, I had to file a police report and contact the BBB. If he had been an honorable businessman, this complaint wouldn't have been filed. Regards, Complaint ID: 20122901
