I purchased a full top denture in the beginning of October of 2021. I did not receive my wax "try in" until January 2nd 2022. After doing 2 seperate impressions previously when I tried in the wax try in it fit horribly. There was no instructions on how to send it back or get the issues corrected. After emailing images and trying to explain how it didn't fit right and then doing another impression and mailing it back,after I had to email them again just for a shipping label since they do not send any information with their products. New impressions were mailed back in February 2022. Beginning of May I emailed again this time asking when I was supposed to get my denture since I had heard nothing from them yet again. After 2 weeks I was answered letting me know they "should" be shipping that week. I received it on the 20th. None of the corrections I had given them were done. It didn't fit at all. I emailed and asked for refund. Without verifying with me the refund they issued it to a card that is no longer valid. I was told to contact the card company. The bank that issued it is no longer available. When I tried to look up my saved payment method on dentkits.com to double check it has none listed in my account. So I have no idea where they sent the refund. They won't answer my last email and now it looks like I'm out $500.
