            If I could give zero stars I would. Among other issues when I scheduled the appointment I was told I could pay by credit card. They arrived at 4:30pm and after they pumped my tank they told me that I had to pay by cash or check. Which I did. I called the next day and spoke with one of the owners to relate my displeasure at being told I could pay by credit card only to be told I could not after the fact. At no point was I rude, I simply told him as a business owner I thought he should know when a customer was dissatisfied. He was extremely condescending and rude. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging their mistake he became irate with me and hung up on me. I can only assume it is another case of a father building a good business and his spoiled son destroying it.

            Patty. As I explained to you on the phone, our driver was not able to get internet service at your house and run the credit card. When you called in to express your displeasure we offered to return your check and take the credit card payment. We tried to fix the problem but you would not allow us to do so. You are correct in saying that our father built a great reputation in the business but at this point, my brother and I have owned the business for 20 years and as you can see from our reviews, we have done a pretty good job of keeping that reputation strong. Sorry, we could not resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
