They use 2 addresses for their physical address. They been harassing me all over social media and trolling me over my review. I had to stop my Ebay business because their trolls were asking me for personal information. They show bad business practices. delete their Smyrna, DE location to PO Box as a physical address on google Maps. They slander large corporations such as Pokémon company (between scandalous sales and blame about card mix-ups), Walmart / Target / Best Buy (doesn't care about their customers,) There are 2 customer service: One is who ships out the packages using a PO Box 492 in Clayton, DE 19338 as a personal business. and A twitch streamer who claims he doesn't work for the company, but his twitch is wrapped around the company name. Also, when addressing them the card mix-up they give false release dates and misleading information to defame the Pokémon company. The twitch Streamer Gets exact pulls from Booster Boxes, but customers get the cards after reverse holo-cards as a different set. This company has shown shady activity including threats to send online trolls to harass the reviewers until that reviewer changes the negative review to a positive review. I highly believe their activities breaks the FTC Consumer Act the protects the buyers' honest reviews They have a Facebook page that that includes an AOL not business email. Shows the twitch streamer's page and face as a public figure for their company. They think trolling customers is safe when reality it can turn to harassment. that harassment turns to stalking. and stalking leads to physical confrontation. (They already started with harassing and stalking me including asking about my home address). It is unsafe for me to continue my Ebay for safety concerns due to Safai Zone Collectibles online trolling. Causing me to lose sale revenue on Ebay (over a negative review)
