Willis ford accessed my personal information in the database and shared it with members of the public for the persons of harassing and threatening me. They were told about it and chose to no nothing and thought it was funny. This was after they damaged my vehicle and charged me for things I did. It need. The address shared was only used for Willis for. No one else had or has that address.Business response

Willis Ford currently has a no contact order on Mr. *****. He was advised of the no contact order from Smyrna Police Department on or around February 2024. Mr. ***** had made contact with Willis Ford yesterday (April 4/22/2024) and we notified the Smyrna Police Department of his violation of the no contact order. Smyrna Police Department will reach out to Mr. ***** advising him of the no contact order.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.i do not have a no contact order issues that is a order issued by the court this changes nothing about the fact Willis ford shared my personal information from there system with members of the public for the purpose of harassing me Willis ford causes excessive damage to my vehicle by not fixing it the many times I was charged to have it fixed the problem was never fixed this matter and issue has not been fixed or taken care of they violated state law in releasing my personal information to the public they can call the cops all they wants that is not a no contact order and a no contact order is called a PFA and only issued by the court system if Willis ford did not give out my personal information I would of had no reason to contact them period Regards, Complaint ID: 21607910Initial Complaint

I paid thousands of dollars to have a problem fixed on a vehicle they charged me for repairs that never fixed the problem and spend 4 months trying to fix it while charging me for repairs I didn’t need then the problem gets worse and worse causing more damage to the vehicle and then wants to charge me yet again to fix the problem.Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.when the vehicle came in there was nothing wrong with the transmission it should of been a 1200.00 fix due to your negligence it ended up tearing the transmission up and resulted in a 5,000 repairs due to damages caused by improper diagnosis of the problem and improper repair in the actual problem the refund was issued due to you charging for repairs that were not needed which is fraud and not wanting to be sued in court 8 months and you could not fix the problem I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed correctly Regards, Complaint ID: 21238425
