              We put a $1000 deposit on an RV, then found out a very close family member is under medical care for possible cancer. Family comes first and we called the salesman to cancel our purchase as helping to care for young children is needed. Parkview refunded the money. We returned to Parkview a few weeks later (after the 1st biopsy was negative, unaware the specimen is now at Mayo Clinic for a more involved biopsy) We looked at a larger RV than our previous choice. We put down a $1000 deposit again. Getting home that evening we determined there is very minimal storage in the unit. When the 3 young grand children are with is, we would be unable to fit their clothes and toys, let alone our cookware, dinnerware, clothes etc… My husband called the salesman and explained the dilemma. The salesman said the deposit would be refunded. The salesman said he needed my credit card information to do the refund.. I texted it to him. After 2 days, no refund, I texted the salesman. He informed me he was busy all day with clients and would send the refund the following morning. I have the text conversation from him stating we will be refunded. The following day, still no refund. The salesman called and said he can’t refund the money as previously promised n writing. I asked to speak to one of the family members who owns the business. *** is her name. She would not address the written promise from her salesman to refund the money. She attempted to exaggerate the situation by saying we asked for a refund 3 different times. Twice I corrected her by reminding her this was the second time. In good faith, we went to this business the second time because we thought they were good people. My husband attempted one last call and that was his first and last time speaking with ***. He was angry ( but not inappropriate) She laughed at him on the phone and told him to call back when he wasn’t angry. To laugh at retirees with family medical issues is unprofessional and downright sad.

              Finally got my rig on the road! 2022 Ram 3500 mega cab limited DRW diesel with 2022 8-11exle! I bought the camper back in September 2021 from Park View RV center in Smyrna Delaware which was the worst mistake I did!!!!!! First when I was looking for campers I told the dealer I was running 2021 Ram 2500 crew cab short bed with factory air ride suspension and they told me that my truck would be more then adequate to handle this camper! After 4 attempts to pick up and take delivery of my camper keep in mind it is a 6hr roundtrip from my house to RV dealer it came down to that my truck is no good for this application and the RV dealer service dept destroyed my factory suspension with trail and error they were doing on my truck. I got lucky that my ram dealer was able to warranty the repairs and parts so I can trade the truck back in... I ended up ordering my new truck (in picture) and got it two weeks ago...made my appointment to go down Friday the 4th to take delivery and all the dealer had to do was install the new torklift tie downs which they ordered and had on hand. I make my trip down for my 5th time now and when I get there after driving 3hrs they tell me that we just read the directions and it seems that the brackets need an adapter/relocation kit. I was dumbfounded that they told me this after I was there already...they didn't even look into my truck installation etc before the day of pick up!! After all the headache they already caused me and that I literally just bought 100k truck cause they misled me from day one... Well it gets even better. I now did not want to deal with them anymore and they agreed to deliver my camper to me with one of their trucks this day. I took the parts they ordered and they said they would drop ship the adapter kit to me which showed up next day Saturday (yesterday). Now I installed the brackets myself as the adapter kit doesn't even go on the truck but gets installed on the camper to relocate the anchor points to " clear d
