            My grandfather had an volvo truck he had it serviced for the radiator & he ended up needing a transmission after they serviced it . I then went there to see what was going on he then lied to me about the process they took. He told me that they only serviced the the radiator and when my grandfather called to let him know about his issues he sent an employee to his home to check on the vehicle at his residence, that was later confirmed that was a lie as i asked as soon as i left the establishment . I asked if there was any negligence while i was there he ensured me it was not. I believed him as i have never had an situation with him before. But after i left and returned to my grandparents i realized that he had lied about sending a tech to look at the vehicle. Thats when i realized his tech made an mistake and that he was taking advantage of my elderly grandfather who is 91 years old . This became a problem for as a transmission job of a foreign car can be pretty pricey & it resulted in him having to junk the vehicle because it no longer moved .

            Scuffed my cars rim when it was moved and the Owen John actually cursed at me and said I was talking down to his office manager. I was angry because his office manager is the one that moved my car and lied that he didn’t scuff it on the side walk
