In 2018, I provided Coach ****** ******* of Successful Coaches Enterprise with a review, per her request, for her services. It was brought to my attention that in addition to using my review on her website, www.successfulcoaches.com, Ms. ******* also posted my picture, which she obtained from LinkedIn. I never gave her my picture, nor would I have given my permission to do so. I have emailed Ms. ******* three times (3/17, 3/23, and 4/3) requesting that she remove my picture from her website. I received one response on 3/23 that she would remove my picture, but to date, it is still posted.Business response

I gave this to my team on the day I received the first email 3/23/2023 They have a full and busy schedule. The image and the testimonial were removed on 4/1/23. I don't think 7 days is an unreasonable amount of time to have it done. Complainant should try clearing her cache if the image is still showing.
With that said, all of my testimonial forms have a statement at the bottom that says client agrees I can use a picture from a social media account with the testimonial on my website and marketing materials. Because it has been 5 years I no longer have the original form that she sent with the testimonial. But as I said both have been removed from my website.
As far a marketing materials, we do not send any emails unless someone has opted in to a promotion and they can opt out at anytime at the bottom of any email by clicking on the Unsubscribe button. I will have my team ensure that even if the complainant has opted in that we remove her from any lists as of end of day today 4/10/23.Thank you
