On march 29th 2023 I purchased a car from 5 friends a few hours from leaving the shop the 2015 Kia had a light come on saying they hybrid battery was low to turn the car off I did and when I started the car again the same light came on I called the shop I was told to bring the car back once I took the car back they drove it seen the same light I was told to leave the car they was gonna see what the problem was I agreed the same day they loned me a 2016 Honda accord I was to drive that car until they figured out what was the problem after a week I reached out to see what was the deal I got no answer about 3 weeks of having the car after going to the shop many times in between and calling and texting I got a text from ebony saying the car was dropped off to a Kia dealing about a week after that I reached out again to see what the Kia dealing said no answer I finally reached out to American finance asking what’s the deal on my car I’m paying a car payment on a car i never drove but for a hour they couldn’t tell me anything so I’m still driving the Honda the temporary tag expired 5/27/23 I called to tell her I needed a new tag because I haven’t heard anything about the Kia they give me another tag that expired 7/26/23 now at this point I’m lost on what i should do I don’t no what the deal with the car at all American finance tell me kia of Wilmington has my car that’s where 5 friends took the car to get fixed now I call Kia they say 5 friends hasn’t gave them the ok to fix the car I immediately call ebony she don’t answer my calls or text the next day she calls me saying can you meet me I said yes I meet her at a near by food lion she tells me this sad story about why she’s been not answering my calls she said she dropped the ball and this has never happened etc on July 18 I get a text from ebony saying I need to return the car or she was calling the cops I said where is my car the Kia she said American finance has my car I call them they did not have it cops was calld
