I have been trying to get in touch with someone and can’t get a response. I ordered over 50 DTF for a family reunion I have to do and they sent me sublimation sheets??. I’ve been trying to talk with someone to get this corrected asap. This will be bad for my business to tell these people I can’t fufill their order at the last minute.Review from Jennifer S

I ordered DTF transfers on June 4th and they were scheduled to be delivered on June 6th. Its June 13th and I have yet to recieve my transfers. I have sent in my requests to find out what happened but no response. I got an email saying it has been shipped but the tracking information has June 6th as delivery date and UPS hasnt picked up the package yet. This is the very first time Ive ever had an issue with this company.Review from Heather B

I ordered 4 shirts on 1/4. Delivery date was guaranteed by 1/9. On 1/8 I got an email saying the delivery was rescheduled but no date was added yet. The items still showed they were never received by UPS. I contacted jiffy and they told me that they would file a claim with ups and I’d have to wait to see if I could get a refund. Unacceptable. I don’t have the items I ordered and now I’m out $50+ and have to find shirts otherwise.Review from Ron E

No stars. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed numerous orders through them. several times now i have had issues. this last one was the deal-breaker. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of submitting and they said I couldn't, even though the policy says for changes and cancellations please submit within 15 minutes of order. I did everything i could on my end. I have talked with numerous people and get a different story each time. I just want my refund. I have spent thousands and then to be treated this way. This last order was over $400 and its been several weeks waiting on it and Still nothing. Now they closed the chats and they don't answer the phones or return calls. How can you stay in business and treat people this way. The only reason I gave 1 star is beacause they won't let you submit with 0 stars. Had to open a claim with the bank and now waiting on a resolution.
