Associates from Koplan Welsh keep leaving multiple voicemails stating there is a dispute that could result in a civil matter. I have spoke with numerous individuals from the company and none are able to provide me with adequate information regarding "the case". Instead I am shuffled from person to person and then hung up on, only to be called again within 10 mins or less. One associate had my name and social, they claimed a bank account had been opened with this information and that a sum of money was due. I informed them I have never opened an account at said bank and this information was false. Once this was said they hung up, only to call back. This time it was a different individual who was rude from the start. I am tired of being contacted by a fake business trying to scare individuals into paying money that was and never will be due.

Was contacted by these people super rude and talked over me like I was nothing. After calling 5/3 bank and talking with not only they’re fraud department and customer service I have been advised to fill a police report against these people for claiming I owed 5/3 over 1900 bucks. Sad part is I have had 5/3rd bank since 2019 and nothing was stated to me in the matter of me peeing them money nor any transactions that where posted after the fact I have had an active account with them since 2019. Nothing was mailed to the right address this company apparently had on file. I only moved 3 times in my life updated my address and mailing address when I moved they still claimed they ran a federal background check and still didn’t have a clue what my address was till I told em. Then they had proceeded to tell me if this debt wasn’t paid today I’m red flagged with check systems and they will take this to court and take my paycheck away. I have filled complaints with the ftc and police report

Was contacted by phone yesterday 8/25/21 about a Civil Dispute. Asked to pay $876.44 immediately or they would settle for $600 + by noon of 8/26/21. After that it would escalate to legal status, I couldn't open new accounts for 5 years, wage garnishment. It was for a 5/3 bank account that was closed in 2015 according to them, just like in the rest of the reviews on your website. I went to 5/3 bank immediately and they also believe this to be fraud.

Contacted me stating I owed Fifth Third Bank over $800 from an account closed in 2015 that I didn't have. Was able to give my social and multiple addresses. Threatened to sue, garnish wages, liens on property, etc. As I questioned the representative on the matter he became agitated and stated good luck with their attorneys. Tried to scare into a payment today before account is reported to Credit Bureaus and Checksystems.

This business is harassing me via phone and mail. They are stating they are debt collectors on behalf of Fifth Third Bank and are trying to resolve an unpaid debt of $831.86. This is a scam. I contacted Fifth Third Bank and my account was closed in good standing 10 years ago. Koplan Welsh & Associates have numerous complaints via BBB, The Delaware Bar, and FTC. I would like this company to stop contacting me.
