  He was supposed to replace three toilets. All were loose. Broke my new shower floor by putting an old toilet on it. Faucets under sink were leaking. Mirror crooked. Dry wall undone. Wall is not finished and he won’t come back. Light fixture messed up. I have pictures. Did horrible job. Horrible customer service. Won’t fix it. Didn’t give me contract. Recommended to neighbor messed hers up had to come back. I have photos.

  This lady has been harassing me this was a cash transaction I had tons of mutual friends tell me to give her a discount I did give her a massive discount the job was to replace 3 toilets a vanity and a mirror the toilets were all messed up from the previous owner so we had to fix the flanges which I didn’t charge extra for the drywall she speaks of was free I happened to have a piece in my truck I said look you have to get this painted anyway so I’ll throw up a piece of drywall free of charge and when your painter comes they can touch it up! The shower there is zero proof that anyone of my workers “broke it” but still I repaired her grout for free I provided more free work than anything on top of a discount. I charge 225 per toilet to install I charge 250 a vanity to install I charge 150 a mirror I only charged her 750 dollars for this job there was zero complaints until she asked me to come fix her front steps and I said 50 dollars she said she wouldn’t pay it I said I can’t help you the. Months after I did the bathroom work she decided to make complaints about my company via Facebook and on here this is absolutely ridiculous she texts me really late at night and while intoxicated I am going to call the police for harassment I will never let anyone I know do work for her I will never give anyone a discount because friends tell me they know someone this has been an absolute nightmare the only bad review I’ve ever gotten and half the work was free then off the record all of our mutual friends then tell me she is mentally unstable clearly I know that now wish I knew that then

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

  This is not true. He did not complete the job. It looked like crap   He did one for neuro or days later and looked even worse. I have photos of both. I have texts admitting he broke the shower and to not tell anyone. He gives no contracts. No receipts. How’s he’s assuming and calling me unstable. His work is bad.   This is a joke! I am going to get a no contact order plain and simple. 
  

  Half the things I did were free like I acknowledged before I gave a massive discount and it’s been nothing but problems. 

  The drywall I put up was free and I used 5 minute spackle and she said that her painter would handle it. 
  the caulk wasn’t bad but not up to her standards but I assured her the painter would be able to paint over it and it would never be noticed there are just to many issues that stemmed from me not doing her steps she posted photos of a job that wasn’t completed it seems like a set up from the start I have zero literally zero bad reviews or complaints except this one I do nothing but quality work it is unfortunate this job wasn’t adequate to her standards and we can agree to disagree but I need this matter closed and just will no longer deal with her.
