Date of the transaction was 05/12/23 for payment of the service bill for $2,655.00 & on 06/27/23 when receiving the car back from the dealership. On 06/27/23 we noticed mold, dirt & gallons of water laying dormant in the car in the electrical panels. This caused extensive damages to the vehicle. There was know immediate committment of the Audi Dealership to follow up on the problem. We followed up with the dealership, wrote an email to corporate and followed up with our insurance company to place a claim. The vehicle as charged off and we now out of a vechicle a week after picking the car up for reapirs. We are looking for recovery of the financial loss as we need multiple vechicles for our business.

Hello the following is a timeline of events at no time were we aware of any water issues or was there any mention of water issues

4/17/23 vehicle came in after having work done at another shop, vehicle having
      drivability issues.
      Vehicle picked up 5/12/23
Client returned 5/15/23 complaining that brakes did not feel like they did after
she just had them replaced at another facility. Also stated that rear mirror fell off
as she was adjusting it, and key did not work to unlock doors and to start vehicle.
We reattached mirror(nothing broken) replaced battery in key fob, and
performed brake flush on vehicle as a courtesy due to contamination. None of
these concerns were related to repairs we did. Client picked up vehicle 6/30/23
Client immediately returned complaining of mold on passengers side of vehicle
and and water in trunk area of vehicle, and is now having electrical issues. We
offered a complementary interior detail as a courtesy for the mold concern. No
idea where the water came in from as we have not done a water test in the
vehicle. Vehicle was here during the extreme rain storms we were having over
      that 2 week period

      Thank you for your time.

The work performed to the brakes and engine were needed and performed correctly I'm not sure how or where the water entered the vehicle. No repairs performed by Audi Wilmington could cause water to enter the vehicle.

On July 8, 2021, My car a Audi 2007 s6 Quatro was towed to the wilmington Audi Service Center to see why the engine light was on. I received two videos prior to payment explaining the problem and resoultion to my problem involving the engine light, videos received on July 9, 20201 @4:32pm and luly 19th 2021 @4:02pm from Inspector ****** *************. I spoke to **** ******* who stated this repair would complete my problem allow the car to pass the state inspection, I paid $4624.61 for the repairs the business committed to provide to resolving the problem. The nature of the dispute is my car left their shop with more problems then when i dropped it off. **** has tried to resolve this but they have no parts to repair my vehicle to a drive safe, inspection passing condition. **** stated the parts arent available anywhere, but qouted me a repair price of $4423.26.

The vehicle originally came in for a massive oil leak which was repaired it then came back in for a check engine light for an emissions system concern  and we repaired at no charge a wire to the knock sensor. Then the car came back in for a fuel smell. then for a check engine light again and now it needs an intake manifold which we told her we would install at no charge if she bought the part. It's been an unfortunate set of circumstances and we are trying to work with the client the best we can. Thank you

The car was taken for a valve cover gasket leak with 3 codes, all of the problems he speaks of are caused by the mechanic, these issues were nonexistent until they worked on the vehicle. Yes they were trying to work with  me, but i do not feel i should have to pay one more penny, every time i picked up the car it was a new problem immediately when i picked it up, it reeked of gasoline which **** said it was spilled fluids that would burn off while driving. The car could have blown up or caught fire with me in it. **** told me he took the car on a long ride to make sure it was repaired. I drove the car towards my home and the light came on 10 minutes from the shop. Then I was told it needed a fuel pump and a manifold that was non-locatable anywhere in the world. Then a miracle happened and a manifold was located.. Lucky me!!! I believe that this car will be returned to me unrepaired and dangerous to drive and a warranty for repair will be refused. I did not read any resolvable response from the service center, other than they are working with me. I would like my repair fee returned of $4624.46 and the cost of the vehicle and they can keep the car to do with whatever they wish. I have been in a loaner vehicle for almost 3 months because the 3 times I attempted to pick it up , it was exhibiting more problems and the engine light was still on, they failed to repair the vehicle as originally stated in our contract and the vehicle had other nonexistent problems that were present after it was serviced by this professional service center. This is the most stressful encounter I have ever had with a repair center. This indeed is a nightmare.

As a goodwill gesture I will buy and install the intake manifold at no charge if this will end this dispute - please let me know if this is acceptable - if not I will need my loaner car back immediately and that will end this communication. Thank you

Shortly after receiving the answer from the dealership offering to pay for the manifold and repair that was not broken while the car was in my possession, I received a call from Andy stating their property was broken into and my car was vandalized, he stated the tires and rims were stolen. I also received a call from a police officer from the Wilmington police department named Steven. I am afraid that the car will be unsafe due to all of the work and problems accrued due to the negligence of the mechanic from the service center. I want them to keep the car and just reimburse my repair fees as it was never repaired and pay me for the vehicle. This is not acceptable professional practices and should have never happen. There is no guarantee the car will pass inspection or even be safe to drive. I have had enough!!!
