            Date of Transaction: April 4, 2024. A business transaction occurred between BUILD4LESS, LLC, also known as INSULATION4US, and I. It was completed. $84.14 was the total requested cost. INSULATION4US provided a legitimate electronic receipt after promptly receiving the money. The nature of dispute is that INSULATION4US did not follow through. INSULATION4US did not ship out the requested products that were ordered weeks ago. INSULATION4US has not tried to resolve the core problem. After making an inquiry regarding the shipment status, a representative via e-mail stated "order will be refunded." I questioned why am I being refunded. The question was not answered. On the day of the purchase, an order number was given: #I1013745. INSULATION4US advertises their products online. It was seen on April 4, 2024, the actual day of my order. It also was seen today on April 24 2024.

            Excellent Customer Service, informed me of reason my order was delayed and possible solutions to expedite delivery. As a bonus the order change, which satisfied my requirements, was cheaper than my original order. Only complaint is my order was on hold for over 3 weeks, with no communication, once I called and talked to a representative everything went swimmingly.
