              I received a letter in the mail from Simon Eye saying there was an employee email issue and possibly my information has been compromised. Well along with that letter I received another letter to my address with my last name but someone else's first name who is not a resident nor do I know this person and I'm pretty sure the last name is not the same as mine ( rare last name). I called to complain and was only told to send the letter back. Simon Eye has not advised or provided any credit monitor or any services of the like due to their negligence further more I am now worried that my name is possibly on someone else mail, mailed to a different address. I was told it was human error!!! So you not only had a breach but now mail for someone came to my house with my last name. I need them to rectify this situation and purge this person's information from mine and assure me my information is not now connected to someone else.

              I went in for a routine exam, and the optometrist said I needed a new prescription. The resultant glasses were blurry and uncomfortable. Their staff spent months telling me to let my eyes adjust while they tried one thing after another. Then I was told my eyes were still changing and to wait to have another exam. So I did. And that optometrist determined that the earlier doctor had made a mistake. I never really needed new glasses at all. I gave them back the bad pair they'd made and went back to my old ones. I asked for a refund. They refused. I took them to court. After 9 months the court decided in my favor, and I finally got a refund. I've worn glasses for over 50 years and have never had an exam like this, nor a company that completely refuses to stand behind their work.
