If I could rate this company negative 5 stars I would. Don was the most unprofessional, horrible business owner I have ever met. He gave me a price without doing a site survey and when he finished, he explained he couldn’t do certain things that were part of the service because of certain factors which I wasn’t thrilled about, which changed his demeanor immediately and he became rude and argumentative. I said I had to get back to work (I work from home) and to bill me and I would pay in a few days when I got back from vacation. He got very upset saying he wanted payment same day which I said he never told me and also he didn’t even complete the service to my satisfaction so it would have to be next week since my significant other was already on an out of state trip. I said I absolutely would not stiff him on payment because I’m not that kind of person and he said “it doesn’t seem like it” so I told him how rude that was to say and i had to get back to work but we would pay him next week. I went inside to get back to work and he continued to call, text, and generally harass me, stating that he was going to file to put A LIEN ON MY HOUSE and pursue legal action if I didn’t pay him that day. I heard him laugh and scoff reading my return texts from outside of the house and kept asking for my significant others number to explain the situation to and I declined since I wasn’t going to bother my boyfriend while he was on vacation. Well this ABSOLuTE CREEP somehow tracked down my boyfriends number even though I never even provided his name and went over my head to get payment out of him, which of course my boyfriend paid since he didn’t know anything about the situation. Rude, unprofessional, didn’t do what he was supposed to do, harassed me, threatened me, then stalked down my boyfriends information to go over my head for payment. Absolutely awful human being that I cannot warn you enough to avoid
