In April 2022, my place of employment, *** *****t Wood Products, LLC, began receiving calls from Yellow Pages 365 Online. Steven asked if we would like to renew our subscription for advertising with YellowPages365Online. He asked for the name and email address of the person in charge of accounts payable and I provided Steven with my name and email address. Since I only began working here in September 2021, I asked Steven who authorized the purchase of advertising with YellowPages365Online. Steven stated that he could not provide me with information. We are a small business of only three employees. In my second conversation with Steven in the same month, I informed Steven that we are not interested in renewing our subscription for advertising with YellowPages365online as he was still unable to provide me the name of the person who authorized the purchase of advertising and the date of purchase. Steven informed me that he would be sending an invoice for 12 months of advertising/Online Advertising Fee in the amount of $599.98. He also provided me with a confirmation of cancellation for listing, giving me the number 05202022-03. I wrote down this information to further investigate our accounting records and determine how/when this business was initiated, however, I was unable to find anything in our accounting records. Invoice #530 039 provided by YellowPages365Online in the amount of $599.98 included Customer Information, which indicated my email address as the login and a password. I accessed the advertising by YellowPages365Online to find minimal information about our business. This information only included our address, my email address, and my name. Additionally, the name of our business, *** *****t Wood Products, is spelled incorrectly as a proper noun. It was quite obvious to me that the "advertising" service was not a legitimate service, at all. A female voice called today in inquired of payment on the invoice,I told her it was not authorized.

I cannot believe the AG has not sent them a warning yet. They keep calling to renew. They acknowledge to do not call. State Attorney General to shut them down. They are running a scam. Organization will advertise your business for free.
